We went for our first visit to this office after our previous office closed abruptly. Our experience was fantastic! The staff explained everything and Dr. Danny spent time answering our questions with patience. All of the staff was so kind and my kids who typically strongly dislike the dentist said how great their experience was also. So glad we found this new dentist!

I brought my 3 girls there today for the first time and I have never had a more positive dental experience in my life. My 11 year old even had to get 2 surprise fillings today, and she walked out of there saying it was the best dentist visit she’s ever had. My 3 year old is very apprehensive of doctors and not the most cooperative, and they did not only a great job of handling her, but were able to provide excellent care, was able to get X-rays and put together a wonderful plan of care for her, and my littlest just turned 1 and they were fabulous with her as well. The doctor was amazing, but I wanted to give a special shout out to Christina!!! She went above and beyond for us today, and on top of it was extremely kind, helpful, and made the entire experience exceptional. I would recommend this practice to everyone!!

My wife brought our 3yr old daughter here yesterday. Our daughter was extremely nervous and unsure of things no matter how many times we tried to reassure her, she was scared. She saw Dr. Danny and he was so kind, patient and understanding. He truly has an amazing way of speaking to children. This office is such a great place for children, every staff member that my wife encountered was extremely professional and kind. Thank you so much for such a great experience, my daughter went from being very nervous to excited to go back!

I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by how this pediatric office handled my son’s care. For almost a month, I called over and over again, left multiple voicemails, and never received a single call back. I was even told a manager would follow up with me, and that never happened. It became very clear early on that they intentionally were ignoring my calls and voicemails. My 6 year old was refused care over a balance I was never properly informed about, even though we already had a payment plan in place. No one ever warned me that my child would be denied treatment or discharged from the practice if the balance wasn’t completely paid off. There was no phone call, no letter, no portal message, and no outreach. They also claimed the balance was sent to collections, but have yet to provide the name of the agency, and that agency also, has never contacted me. Meanwhile, the stainless steel caps they installed on my son’s teeth are breaking after only two years. We were told to call immediately if anything looked off or broken because it would be considered a medical emergency. That is exactly why I reached out. I definitely have to rewrite my previous review. Initially, I had a hard time getting in touch to make an appointment as a new patient for my kids. But after experiencing this place firsthand, I regretted everything I said. What an amazing experience! My three-year-old son, who usually can’t sit still, was calmly sitting and having a blast while the doctor and nurses did their work. And remember — this is a dentist’s office! Most people dread going to the dentist, but this place completely changed my perspective. They have so many dentist doctors available, which makes scheduling easier and ensures you’re always in good hands. The nurses and doctors were incredibly patient and caring. You could genuinely feel how much they treat each child like their own family member. Now I understand why “family” is part of their name. They also have a TV hanging on top. If you have kids and are nervous about taking them to the dentist, I highly recommend bringing them here. You won’t regret it!
